About Kaos Pilot
KaosPilot is a 3-year program in Aarhus, Denmark, founded in 1991 that trains creative leaders and social entrepreneurs. Students learn through real projects with real organizations — not simulations. The program is organized around three years: Year 1 (Team & Project), Year 2 (Process & Consulting), Year 3 (Personal Leadership & Venture). There are no traditional professors — 'process leaders' and facilitators guide experiences. Assessment is portfolio-based with peer feedback and client evaluation. KaosPilot has been named by Fast Company as one of the world's top 10 schools for innovation and by BusinessWeek as a top design school.
