About LEINN (Mondragón Team Academy)
LEINN (Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation) is a 4-year bachelor's degree offered through Mondragón Team Academy. There are zero traditional classes, zero exams, and zero lectures. Students form legal cooperative companies in teams of 15-20 from week one. They generate real revenue, serve real clients, and share real profits or losses. A 'team coach' facilitates reflection but never teaches content — students self-direct their learning through books, dialogue sessions, and business challenges. The model originates from Finland's Tiimiakatemia and has been adapted to the Mondragón cooperative ecosystem. Labs exist in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Valencia, Amsterdam, Mexico, Shanghai, and Pune.
